• We know you are going to love your purchase but in the rare event that you should change your mind then we are happy for you to return your item to us for a full refund within 30 calendar days, provided it has not been assembled or used.

  • We strongly advise you to keep proof of posting when returning any item because we cannot refund items we have not received.  This will allow you to trace the item directly with the courier should it go missing.

  • We will promptly take the appropriate action to provide a refund once the returned item has been received by us.
  • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
  • All returned items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and in suitable packing materials to avoid damage to the products and box. If we receive a return in a damaged box you may be charged a fee.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used so please check the item carefully before using it.

Faulty goods.

  • In the unlikely event that the scooter is damaged, most components can be replaced so it is most likely that we will send you a replacement part rather than asking you to return the scooter to us.
  • It is essential that you contact us before you return any faulty item.  We can then advise you of what action you need to take, and if necessary how to go about returning the item to us.
  • All returns are at the customer’s expense, but we will of course reimburse you if we have asked you to return it and the product is deemed by us to be faulty upon return.
  • We are only able to reimburse you if an agreed method of postage is used.

Wrong item received.

  • We check our orders thoroughly before posting but in the unlikely event that you receive an item that you did not order we will pay for the item to be returned and the correct item to be sent.  Do not return that item until you have confirmation from us that it is not the item that was ordered.
  • If you ordered the wrong item by mistake then we will be happy to send the correct item to you via a freshly placed order.  We will refund you upon receipt of the returned wrongly ordered item, which will need to be returned at the your expense.  Postage and packing will not be covered by
