Which Stunt Pegs Fit The Grit Extermist?

Stunt pegs are used by many riders for specialised tricks. They can also be used for grinding.  Stunt pegs are generally fitted one side of the scooter, on both the front and the back wheel.   You need to make sure that the pegs you purchase will fit your model of scooter because not all decks and forks are the same.

Slamm Stunt Pegs are a good option because they come with 4 different size axle bolts, allowing you some flexibility in deck/fork width.  The Grit Extremist and Fluxx decks however are unusually narrow and these models therefore work best with Grit Slimline Stunt Pegs.  These Pegs are supplied with a male axle which will bolt straight into the female axles supplied with the scooter.  Ensure you go for the Slimline pegs rather than the Grit Alloy Stunt Peg set because these are better suited to the Mayhem and Invader Models.

You can add spacers to help your pegs fit but this is not really recommended unless they are supplied with the pegs as this can result in unnecessary pressure being applied to the axle and could leave you with stretched threads or worse a snapped axle.

Let us know which stunt pegs you have on your scooter?

Would a crisp wheel fit into a grit scooter?

Hi Will,

The simple answer is Yes it would, BUT it depends on the size of the wheel.

Most Grit scooter wheels are either 100mm or 110mm, although more recently there are models which feature 125mm's.

As long as you are swapping like for like size there should be no issue.

If you currently have 100mm wheels we have a great deal on Grit 100mm Alloy Core Wheels reduced from 40 down to 19.95 for two while stocks last. These are a great investment.

Hope this helps but get back to us if you need any more help.
