We ordered a scooter as a Christmas present for our Granddaughter on Dec 6th on a promise of 3-5 working days 12 days later still no delivery from Parcels2go. Their help desk cannot give any promise as to a delivery date. If it's not received by Dec 22nd When we leave to visit over Christmas we will require a refund plus compensation and the return of the scooter if it tries to be delivered after 22nd
