Delivery Information

Below we have outlined our simple pricing structure for delivery.  If you have questions please do not hesitate to use our contact us form or give us a call.

We use INTERLINK for all next day deliveries (unless highlighted otherwise).  To avoid you waiting around you will be given a 1 hour window.  This includes an easy option to rearrange your delivery, or deliver to a neighbour, for your ease and convenience. 

We generally use My Hermes for our 3-5 day delivery service with deliveries made between 8am-8pm. Times for delivery cannot be specified.

  • Working days include Monday - Friday and exclude Bank Holidays. 
  • On the rare occasion that we are unable to supply your scooter due to stock issues we will do our best to notify you within 24 hours of you placing the order and help you to understand what options are on offer to you to avoid disappointment.
  • On the rare occasion our Couriers misplace or misroute a parcel to a different delivery depot we will inform you as soon as we are made aware and advise you of any delays to your delivery.
  • You may be able to track your parcel dependent on which delivery option you have selected.  You will receive tracking confirmation from our courier once the order has been collected by them.    Stunt Scooters will also e-mail you on the day your order has been dispatched.
  • Dependent on your order, a signature may be required upon delivery of your item.  A card will be left if you are not home.  An attempt to deliver will be made the following day UNLESS you call the courier to rearrange a different date.  Royal Mail re-deliveries may vary so please check the calling card. 
  • Should the courier be unable to deliver the item after two attempts it will be held at the Local Depot for 5 days. If you do not arrange to collect the item within this period it will then be returned to us and you will be liable for any charges incurred.  We’d really hate for this to happen so please ensure you give the correct address details and ensure you are available to take delivery of the ordered item.
  • Once you place your order you will receive an order number.  We'd be grateful if you could include this number in any contact with us to ensure we can help you in a timely manner.
  
 

Pre-Orders

  • We are happy to offer the opportunity to pre-order some of our items to ensure you don't miss out on an item for which we are awaiting stock. These items will ONLY be dispatched once we have received our stock.
  • Please note your payment for the item will be taken immediately.
  • We add an expected date for stock arrival to the pre-order but please be aware that this is subject to change.
  • We will endeavour to notify you as soon as we are made aware of any change of expected stock fulfilment date.
